Water Damage Restoration & Content Pack Out

This was a category 3 loss caused by a toilet overflow. Homeowners had been out of town for a while and had a family member checking in on their home. When we arrived on site it was evident the water had been running a while, moisture had wicked up into the walls, throughout the flooring in many areas of the home and leaked down into the crawlspace. As a result of the loss, we had to pack out several areas of the home; bedrooms, hallway, family room, formal dining room and office because a majority of the flooring was affected and had to be removed, drywall in the same areas was also removed. Equipment was placed throughout the home and monitored daily to check the progress and ensure effective drying. Once affected areas were dried out properly our repairs division started and did a phenomenal job on the reconstruction of the home. Contents were then returned to the home and our work was completed, homeowners were pleased and thrilled to be back in their home.
